With 20 years in real estate, John has bought, sold, and renovated 25 homes in California and Oregon. After retiring, he focused on spiritual and physical healing, serving as a bodyguard to OSHO. He now leads enterprises dedicated to building sustainable communities through the 5 Pillars philosophy.
Co-Founder
Dylan is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for social impact. He co-founded the 7G Foundation, fostering collaboration between indigenous and non-indigenous leaders, and spearheaded initiatives raising millions for Amazon rainforest preservation and endangered species protection. With a BA in Aviation Science and expertise in documentary filmmaking, Dylan applies a multidisciplinary approach, emphasizing sustainable development and social impact.
Project Manager
Pablo is a multilingual business executive fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with expertise in solar energy, operations management, and bio-construction. Over the past five years, he has led community projects in 13 countries, focusing on renewable energy, sustainability, and bio-construction. Pablo holds a Permaculture Design Certification from Ecoversity and a degree in Gastronomy from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil.

Kevin is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in business management, marketing, and strategic growth. His expertise spans multichannel marketing, direct-to-consumer strategies, and successfully turning around underperforming companies.
Chief Marketing Officer
Soji Lee is a marketing leader with 10+ years of experience driving impactful campaigns for companies and startups. She has worked with agencies and 20+ brands across tech, real estate, education, and healthcare. Soji holds a BA in Multiplatform Journalism and Asian American Studies from the University of Maryland and studied Internet Communications and Asia Politics at Korea University.
